Conveyancing
At “Your Agency” we offer the complete service to sell or buy any house. We understand the importance of working with a good solicitor who puts customer service at the forefront of its company ethos. We have worked hard to negotiate the fairest rates and terms for our clients with a number of conveyancing firms who meet specified quality standards.
We also believe, from experience, that by working with one of our recommended panel with whom we have daily contact for updates on sales progress, unnecessary delays can be avoided as we retain more control over the communication process.
Further to this, vendors can expect to receive 6 key benefits as part of the conveyancing service. These are:
If you don’t move you don’t pay
A solicitor who meets specific quality standards, including customer service
A dedicated conveyancer
24/7 online sales progression tracker
Our dedicated post-sales support team having strong and loyal working relationships with our recommended panel of solicitors
We ensure that our solicitors are fully regulated by the Solicitors Regulations Authority or the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.

I have always found Abbas and his team at Brentwood Estates a hugely professional outfit. I have referred constituents for support to them and received incredibly positive feedback. They are compassionate, dedicated and go above and beyond the call of duty to help. Thank you.
Best wishes,

Dear Mr Khan/Sarah,
I would just like to say a massive thank you, to you both.
Since 2003 you guys have been amazingly helpful to me and my family.
You have helped us with finding us a new home time and time again.
First we lived in Bearwood then Wolverhampton. Then back to Bearwood. Each time recognising, knowing we could rely on you both.
I have often recommended Brentwood to my close friends.
Thanks again.
